Merchandise Return Policy

Returning Training Manuals and Other Physical Merchandise

Do not just return merchandise to Priacta. We may not know why it was sent or who it came from! Before sending it:

  • Contact your coach or our Support team,
  • Get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number,
  • Pack it securely, and
  • Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.

Then, send it back to us within 30 days of the RMA date, to the address we will give you:

  • Send it postage/shipping prepaid,
  • Use a traceable method like UPS or Priority Mail Delivery Confirmation, and
  • Insure it if you wish (the risk of loss in transit is yours).

We will issue your refund promptly upon receipt of your package.
