Social task and project management with collaboration for individuals, teams, and small businesses. Limited support for shared workspaces.
Not Yet GTD Compliant: Does not support a true Unprocessed tasks list or Inbox for new tasks to be processed. For example, there is no way to filter out tasks with no tag assigned yet. This is a significant limitation. (The Inbox feature is limited to messages only and is not a true incoming tasks list.) Other limitations for GTD and TRO: unable to see tasks across workspaces (if they are tagged with the same tag). Non-fatal issue.
Simple, sharable online to do list with RSS feed support.
Not Yet GTD Compliant: Cannot specify both a project and context for the same task. ("Projects" support can be used for contexts nad true projects can be entered inline in the task title, but no Notes field is provided for capturing next steps.)
Free browser based task manager/todo list for planning tasks.
Not Yet GTD Compliant: Shows real promise, with emailing, printing, RSS feed capabilities However, it lacks basic "Project: Next step" support because no Notes field exists to capture subsequent next steps. For the moment, this cannot be considered GTD-ready for the purposes of this list.
Popular collaboration center with to-dos, milestones, project pages, and email integration.
Not Yet GTD Compliant: Cannot categorize or tag tasks, so contexts must be maintained in separate lists or pages. This requires manual copying of tasks and severs tasks from their projects and support documents.
