Trog freezes on loading

Trog Bar has stopped working on two of my machines. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the software but it hangs on loading. I have downloaded the latest version. I've logged the error reports but am at a loss what to do. Outlook 2010 Windows 7 Professional 64bit and 32bit. Any tips or suggestions would be appreciated. Fortunately it is still running on my work PC.


  • It is possible that your index file has become corrupted.

    Your index is located at C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Priacta\Trog Bar\<outlook_profile_name>\Index_v1.db. Delete the whole file. Your data is all contained in Outlook, and the index will just be rebuilt the next time you start Trog Bar.

    If that doesn't help, can you confirm that nothing else has changed since the last time Trog was working?
