Trog bar crashing (resolved)

I am getting this error message and cannot open my Trog Bar:  Trog Bar.exe caused ACCESS_VIOLATION in module "C:\Program Files (x86)\Priacta\Trog Bar\Trog Bar.exe" at 0023:006F7EDB

I have sent lots of error logs and have reinstalled the software, but the problem remains.  I would be very grateful for any help.

  • Most of the time if Trog Bar won't open at all, it's a problem with the index file. See if these steps correct it:
    1. Close Trog Bar
    2. Go to C:\Users\<your user name>\AppData\Local\Priacta\Trog Bar\<your Outlook profile name>\
    3. Delete the file named "Index_v1.db"
    4. Re-start Trog Bar. It should give a message that it is rebuilding the index.
