Fast, flexible and connected, Toodledo can be used to fit almost any work environment, any management style, and any time management system. Favorite features include unlimited tagging, auto-prioritization, powerful searches you can save, and email-to-task integration. With Pro-plus account, you can attach files to your tasks or retain email attachments when converting email to tasks. Dozens of third-party connectors give help you access Toodledo via Android, iPhone, iPad, and Blackberry with offline syncing for Windows, Outlook, and Mac. Importing your old tasks is quick and easy. On the downside, Toodledo looks ugly and does not collaborate well. Assigned tasks simply appear in the other person's task list without notification on arrival or completion. Discussion on tasks must happen outside of Toodledo. Toodledo is perfect for individuals who want to track their tasks from multiple computers and want access to their tasks on a mobile device. |
