Get ultra-advanced TRO coaching for the most extreme workloads. XTRO (eXtreme TRO) Coaching is delivered 1-1 by our most seasoned Total, Relaxed Organization experts.

Do you need this? The answer is “YES” if 1) you successfully completed TRO Training and started 21-day follow-up, and 2) the thought of fully triaging email or processing incoming work makes you laugh, cry, or want to leave the office. (If you can relate at all, you probably need this 1-1 intervention-level assistance.)

This is an intense, laser-focused training session, and it’s transformational. Your coach will quickly assess the issues you face, then they’ll adapt your TRO workflow for extreme workflow situations like:

  • 25+ labor-intensive emails/day on average,
  • Workloads formerly handled by two people,
  • Split task lists/systems mandated by management,
  • Unusual software or workflow or workspace needs,
  • Or as recommended by your TRO coach.

 

The result: Simple but profoundly-effective changes in workflow, greater ability to disengage from what matters least, and clear workload metrics to justify (or rule out) hiring additional help.
