Protecting your private information is our priority. This “Privacy Policy” applies to the web site at managed by Priacta, Inc. (Kevin Crenshaw, CEO) and governs data collection and usage. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to Priacta, Inc. (“Priacta”) include and its officers. The website is an educational services site. Collection of your Personal Information

We oppose spam and make every effort to ensure that any communications from us inspire, add value, and improve the quality of your life, as well as being CAN-SPAM and CASL compliant.

Priacta is a consulting firm that gathers and draws on a wide range of experiences with many firms and individuals worldwide. If you contact us for consulting advice, including outside the website (i.e., phone, email, in person) or use private online tools on, then the survey results, experiences, insights, situations, and other information you choose to share with us will be treated as confidential for the purposes of delivering the information, consultation, and other services you have requested, even if the consultation is free.   • ActiveCampaign: anonymous, pseudonymous, registered memberships, name and email and other personally identifying information for any subscription lists we may offer or online accounts you may create on our site

Children Under Thirteen

Priacta does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen. If you are under the age of thirteen, you must ask your parent or guardian for permission to use this website.

Disconnecting your Priacta Account from Third Party Websites

You may be able to connect your Priacta account to third party accounts. BY CONNECTING YOUR PRIACTA ACCOUNT TO YOUR THIRD PARTY ACCOUNT, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOU ARE CONSENTING TO THE CONTINUOUS RELEASE OF INFORMATION ABOUT YOU TO OTHERS (IN ACCORDANCE WITH YOUR PRIVACY SETTINGS ON THOSE THIRD PARTY SITES). Opt-Out & Unsubscribe

We respect your privacy and give you an opportunity to opt-out of notices or communication from us. Removal from our lists is usually immediate via the UNSUBSCRIBE links. However, campaigns may already be in progress, so please allow up to 10 business days for full removal, especially if you contact us by email or phone.
