Create a saved filter called Unprocessed List:

  • Go to the Tickets/List view (click , then ).
  • Click (upper left) or anywhere in the blue colored bar.
  • Click (lower left), then .
  • Set Ticket Status to Is not and Fixed.
  • In Tag, select all major contexts by ctrl+left-clicking all tags in parentheses.
  • Click , then set Group by to Created on and Order by to Created on and Ascending.
  • Click .
  • Input Unprocessed List in .
  • Click .

Note: This saved filter needs to be updated every time a new major context is added.

  • Go to the Tickets/List view (click , then ).
  • Set Filter to Unprocessed List.
  • Click (upper left) or anywhere in the blue colored bar.
  • In Tag, select all major contexts by ctrl+left-clicking all tags in parentheses.
  • Click .
