Follow these steps to configure Todoist effectively for TRO:
- Log in to your Todoist account.
- Delete Filters created by Todoist:
- Click Filters (left pane)
- Click
opposite Assigned to me, Delete filter, then
(pop up). - Click
opposite Assigned to others, Delete filter, then
(pop up). - Click
opposite Priority 1, Delete filter, then
(pop up). - Click
opposite Priority 2, Delete filter, then
(pop up). - Click
opposite Priority 3, Delete filter, then
(pop up). - Click
opposite Priority 4, Delete filter, then
(pop up). - Click
opposite No due date, Delete filter, then
(pop up).
- Click
(upper right), then Settings. - Click General (left pane).
- Under General, set the following: Start page to Inbox and Smart date recognition to No, thanks.
- Under Emails, set the following: Daily digest to No, thanks, Newsletter to No, thanks, and Tips and Tricks to No, thanks.
- Click
(top right). - Add Labels (Soft Dates):
- Click Labels (left pane).
- Click

. - Click
(left pane). - Input This Week in
. - Click
