Specifically designed for the busy executive with heavy time demands. You can't afford days of preparation or self-training time—a Total Relaxed Organization coach analyzes your needs and empowers you (Day 1) in 7 hours as you do your own work, with minimal preparation on your part. As effective as on-site training, yet we never need to step into your office. When your time is money, this is your most cost-effective solution.

Day 1: Your personal TRO coach optimizes your office and productivity tools for workflow efficiency, then he or she drills you on revolutionary principles of time and task management. You practice new skills together using the work currently on your desk and in your inbox to learn new habits. Your coach watches your work style, customizes and optimizes your systems to meet your preferences and needs, resolves all issues and answers all questions on the spot. You feel workload relief immediately.

Day 2 (half day): Your coach works with you to develop advanced workflow systems for yourself, your teams, and/or your administrative assistant. You get special training to balance major work areas and life areas as well as focus consistently on your most profitable, important, and strategic activities. For 21 business days afterward your coach holds you accountable to the new system, answering questions, assessing progress, and making adjustments until you have new, long-lasting habits.
