1-1 Contexts

In Wrike, 1-1 contexts are contexts that start with 1. Use short, simple names that make sense to you, like: 1John, 1Sue Smith, 1AmyS, 1AmyW.

• Create 1-1 contexts:
  • Right-click , then select Add folder.
  • Type context name in , then press Enter.
• Assign a 1-1 context:
  • Click on task.
  • Click (top), or (if at least one context had previously been assigned).
  • Type a 1-1 context name in , or select from the list of 1-1 contexts provided.

Note: When assigning contexts, Don’t drag and drop tasks to any folder (and it’s sub-folders) in the left pane. This removes previously assigned contexts.
