Action Contexts

Action contexts let you group similar items together for efficiency that are not already tracked in major contexts, meeting contexts, and 1-1 contexts. In this category, almost everyone needs contexts for Calls and Errands.

To view all tasks for that person:

  1. Click Filter (top-menu, upper right).
  2. Input #action context name (or # if you want to see all tasks with action contexts) in the Filter by keyword field (Filter window).

  1. Click anywhere outside the Filter window.
