Action contexts let you group similar items together for efficiency that are not already tracked in major contexts, meeting contexts, and 1-1 contexts. In this category, almost everyone needs contexts for Calls and Errands.
To see all calls you need to make (when traveling, for example), just look at the Calls context view. Urgent and important calls naturally appear at the top of the list; optional calls naturally appear at the bottom.
