Appointment reminders mean: “You scheduled this appointment. How are you going to honor it?” Or: “Have you honored this appointment yet?” This even applies to appointments with yourself. We recommend reminders on all appointments except Strategic Calendar blocks.
Before clearing an appointment reminder, reschedule the appointment if you could not keep it for some reason.
