You selected Outlook 2003, a Windows program that is fully TRO-capable. It is an outdated but effective corporate tool. Outlook 2010 is better because of its ultra-fast searching and built-in email conversation threading.
Outlook includes a good task list manager with highly-configurable views. We will show you how to set it up in detail in this training.
