You can easily set up Gmail to pick up email from all your other accounts (e.g.: [email protected]) if they have POP access (most do). Not only will Gmail pick up email from those accounts, but it will allow you to send email using any of your email addresses.
- From the Gmail Inbox, go to Settings (upper-right).
- Go to the Accounts tab.
- For each email account:
- In a separate browser window or tab, find information on accessing the account using “POP”. You’ll find this on the email web site in the FAQ or Help section, or through a Google search for “POP [mail service name]”.
- Click the link that says Add another mail account.
- Set which account you wish to use as your default mailing address. This is the address people will see when you reply to their emails.
