You can easily set up Gmail to pick up email from all your other accounts (e.g.: [email protected]) if they have POP access (most do). Not only will Gmail pick up email from those accounts, but it will allow you to send email using any of your email addresses.

  1. From the Gmail Inbox, go to Settings (upper-right).
  2. Go to the Accounts tab.
  3. For each email account:
    1. In a separate browser window or tab, find information on accessing the account using “POP”. You’ll find this on the email web site in the FAQ or Help section, or through a Google search for “POP [mail service name]”.
    2. Click the link that says Add another mail account.
    3. Set which account you wish to use as your default mailing address. This is the address people will see when you reply to their emails.
