Configure Your Task Manager for TRO

Setup Omnifocus for TRO

  • Delete tasks created by Omnifocus (if you haven’t already).
  • Delete tags created by Omnifocus.

Delete Tags

  • Click Tags (left pane).

  • Right-click the tag, then click Delete.

  • Create the following Tags:
    • Someday
    • THIS WEEK
    • NEXT WEEK
    • THIS MONTH
    • NEXT MONTH

Create Tags

  • Click Tags (left pane).

  • Click the Add a tag button (lower-left).

  • Enter context name in the New Tag field.

  • Press Return.

Order Tags

  • Click Tags (left pane).

  • Manually order Tags by dragging each item up or down.
