IMExchange 2 syncs and manages Outlook Categories (contexts) directly, so you manage contexts on the road using Categories.

Using Pocket Informant

Use the Tags field to manage contexts on the road. (Pocket Informant for iPhone/iPad calls them Tags instead of Categories, but they are the same thing.)
