Creating Appointments from Tasks

Some tasks need calendar appointments in addition to tasks in your task list. This is true when:

  • The task/step will take 30 minutes or more,
  • The task/step needs to happen at a set time, or
  • You keep your mobile Do Today list in your calendar.
