Creating Tasks from Email

Drag and drop the email onto the Tasks icon at the bottom of the navigation bar on the left. A new task opens up with all the information for the email.

  1. Highlight the email.
  2. Press the menu button (left of the trackball).
  3. Select REXconnext.
  4. Send message items to: Tasks.
