You can turn emails into tasks by forwarding them to GQueues. This also works for collecting brand new tasks. This means that anywhere you have email access, you can collect, triage, or process.
Know Your GQueues’ Inbox Address. Create tasks by sending emails to this address.
- Click (top right).
- Select Settings.
- Click the General tab.
- Look for Inbox Address. Email address indicated in this field IS your GQueues Inbox Address.
- Email sent tasks go into your GQueues’ Inbox.
- Email subject becomes the task title.
