General Instructions for Using Task Views

After you set up your task view contexts for TRO view, select the “task view” by clicking the appropriate context.

Here is the complete list of Nozbe menu options/tabs with special meaning in TRO. Use this guide to find the view you need.

• Next Actions tab: Shows all starred items. This is your Must Do Today List.
• Projects:
• Inbox tab = Complete list of Tasks.
• Next Actions tab: Shows all starred items. This is your Must Do Today List.
• Contexts: This is where all Action Contexts, Meeting Contexts, and 1-1 Contexts in form of separate tabs are located
• This Week tab = Weekly Review List. List of tasks that need to be completed within the week.
• Next Week = Weekly Review List. List of tasks that need to be completed by next week.
• This Month tab = Monthly Review List.
• S/M tab = Someday/Maybe List
• Meeting Context Name tab = Meeting context list
• 1-1 Context Name tab = 1-1 context list
• Action Context Name tab = Action context list
• Actions without contexts tab: This is your Unprocessed List.
