Check Reminder Setup
Check your default reminders settings in Entourage before you schedule your first tasks.
In Entourage, the Reminder Date is the hard date. The alarm must be enabled. When saving, ignore warnings about the Reminder coming after the Due Date. This is what you want, and Entourage has no way to turn off the warning.
