In Entourage, your Office Reminders window is your hotlist. Tasks in that list have hard dates set to today, and the reminders tell you to move them to the Do Today list. To go through your hotlist:

“Where Are My Reminders?”

Office Reminders opens automatically if you have active reminders, and if it is enabled. Choose Turn On Office Reminders in the Entourage menu to enable them.

  1. Open the Reminders Window.
  2. Open each task (NOT the appointments).
  3. If you will do the task today (“must do” to avoid bad things), flag it as Do Today (High Priority) and uncheck the Reminder.
  4. If you will not do it today, reschedule the task, including the Reminder.
  5. Save and Close the task.
