Install and Configure Your Apps

Toodledo Startup Page

We recommend accessing Toodledo on your Android device using the Toodledo Android app found in the Android Market. It allows offline access and advanced sorting.

Installing Toodledo from Google Play

To Install Toodledo on your Android device, follow these instructions:

  • Open Google Play.
  • Populate search field with the word Toodledo.
  • Tap Toodledo from the list.
  • Tap Install.

Resync Toodledo Android app

Make sure that Toodledo Android app properly synced with your Toodledo web account:

  • Log in using your Toodledo account.
  • Tap (upper right).
  • Tap Data, then Delete and Resync.

Setup Toodledo Android app

  • Tap (upper right).
  • Tap New Task Defaults.
  • Set the following: Star: unchecked, Folder: No Folder, Context: No Context, Goal: No Goal, Start Date: None, Start Time: None, Due Date: None, Due Time: None, Alarm: None, Repeat: No repeat, Length: none, Priority: Low, Tag (leave this blank), Status: None, and Location: No Location.
  • Tap Settings (top).
  • Tap Fields/Functions Used.
  • Check ONLY the following boxes: Star, Context, Start Date, Due Date, Repeat, Length, Priority, and Tag.
  • Tap Settings (top).

Toodledo Mobile and Toodledo Slim

The Toodledo Mobile site gives you a complete (but advanced) version of Toodledo that runs in your mobile phone browser AND in your normal Web browser. Once you start using it, it runs properly even if you don’t have Internet access. When Internet is re-established, it syncs back up with the Toodledo site.

Toodledo Slim

When using Toodledo Slim, You do not need to configure any settings, install an app or synchronize your phone to the task list. it’s a very simple approach. However, it requires online access, and sorting options are very limited.
