Install the iPhone App for Remember the Milk, then follow these instructions to configure it for TRO.
- Open the left pane by tapping
(top left). - Tap
(left pane, top left), then set the following options (other setting options are up to you).
- Tap App Badge, then Tasks Due Today.
- Alert Sound, then None.
- Tap Default Due Date, then Never.
- Tap Default Sort Order, then Priority.
- Tap Default Fields, then turn on the following: Priority, Due, Repeat, Time Estimate (but you will only enter values for 30+ minute tasks), and Tags.
- Tap
(top left). - Under SYNC, tap Schedule, then Auto (if using iTouch, select Auto Wi-Fi only instead).
