Large Projects in TRO

If a project is huge and typical TRO project support can’t handle it, use this method. It is only for your biggest projects.

• Use Special Lists to Manage Large Projects. Assign these project tasks to lists that belong to those specific projects. Each list name the project name, starting with “=”: =Remodel, =Pilots License, =Pick a Grad School.

This method has some advantages and drawbacks:

• You can have unlimited tasks per project. Use Someday/Maybe to “pause” future next steps.
• You will see a list of your largest projects in the master contexts list.
• You will need to compensate by adding orphan protection to your weekly reviews.
