Meeting contexts are Categories that start with “+”, so they stand out as a group near the top of your master contexts list. Use short, simple names, like: +Staff, +AllHands, +Managers, +PEC.

Trog can pay special attention to meeting contexts. If you assign meeting contexts to your appointments, Trog favors those tasks when the time arrives.

Agebda Category Rule

Trog can also suppress agenda items from your lists unless you are in a meeting, so they stay out of the way. To do this, open the Options screen (click [+] near upper right corner of Trog Bar), select Categories & Contacts, and change the Agenda Category Rule. Be sure to hover over it to see the tip on how it works.
