The Hotlist is your TRO hotlist in the Toodledo app or the Toodledo slim site at www.toodledo.com/slim.
To go through it each morning during daily review:
- (On the iPhone App) Tap Tasks at the bottom left. Tap Tasks at upper left if needed to see the Hotlist option, then tap Hotlist.
- Skim down the entire list.
- Star any items that must be done today.
- Unstar any items that you will not do today, and optionally reschedule them.
Check the Sort Order
The sort order can change when you view tasks in other lists, so you may need to set the sort options frequently. On the iPhone app:
- Click Sort > near the upper right corner to open the Sort options.
- Sort by: Priority Forwards and then by Auto Forwards and then by Auto Forwards.
- Click the small Sort button after the seach options.
- Click Sort > near the upper right corner to close the Sort options.
On the slim web site, click the Sort icon near upper right, then click Priority.
