Find the Hotlist in your installed app or the Toodledo slim site at www.toodledo.com/slim.
If the sort order is wrong, click the Sort icon near upper right, then click Priority.
Go through it each morning during daily review:
- Skim down the entire list.
- Star any items that must be done today.
- Unstar any items that you will not do today, and optionally reschedule them.
