Printing Your Tasks

To see your ToDoList task list on the road, simply print it out:

  1. Show: Tasks Due by Today
  2. In the File menu, select Print
  3. Print the list with the following options:
    • Selected Tasks Only
    • Uncompleted Tasks only (don’t print completed tasks)
    • Print Visible columns only
  4. If you want to see other tasks on the road, set the filter to show only those tasks (like Incomplete Tasks in category Errands) and print the list like you did above.
