Look in the help information for your task manager and learn how to print. Printing options can include:
- Daily task list (a Do Today list on the road)
- All tasks for a context (for doing certain types of things as a group)
- Hotlist (helps with daily review on the road)
- Full task list (less useful)
- Full details of selected tasks, one task per page
