In Astrid, you usually mange projects as “Project Name / Next Action”, which automatically ensures that each project has a live next step at all times (orphan protection).
However, if you have some large projects that you manage with special Lists, you will need to scan that projects list in your weekly reviews.
Add to Weekly Review
For projects do not include orphan protection, you must add these steps to your weekly review:
- Look at each project in your projects list.
- Make sure each project has a live, scheduled next action.
- If not, add one now.
