Here’s how to create a recurring appointment in Outlook:

  1. Pick a time for the appointment to begin (like a start time for work).
    1. Right-click on the time you want it to start. A menu will appear.
    2. Recurring Appointment.
  2. In the window that pops up, set:
    1. Start time,
    2. End time,
    3. Daily, Weekly, or Monthly, and days of the week that you want to block appear.
