If You Are Using Add-On Software
If you are using add-on software for your Palm, try to create a custom context lists as follows:
- Filter out completed tasks so they don’t appear in the task lists.
- Sort your tasks by Priority (1 on Top), then by Due Date.
- Save specific task lists for common categories, like Errands.
These give you quick access to your most common context lists.
If You Are Using the Built-In Task List
If you are using the built-in Palm Task list, or if you can’t save a custom view, you’ll need to select the context view each time.
