Context views are automatic in Todoist. No setup is needed. Todoist automatically group same context types together: MPA’s on top, major contexts upper middle, meeting contexts middle, 1-1 contexts lower middle, and action contexts at the bottom of the list.
To Arrange Contexts:
- Hover on context.
- Click and hold
(left of context), then drag up or down.
