Set up the Recent Tasks List

Create a saved filter called Recent Task List:

• Go to the Tickets/List view (click , then ).
• Click (upper left) or anywhere in the blue colored bar.
• Click (lower left), then .
• Click , then set Order by to Updated At and Descending.
• Click .
• Input Recent Task List in .
• Click .
