Set Up the Someday/Maybe List

Create a saved filter called Someday/Maybe List:

• Go to the Tickets/List view (click , then ).
• Click (upper left) or anywhere in the blue colored bar.
• Click (lower left), then .
• Set Tag to Has any of and click Someday/Maybe.
• Click , then set Group by to Created on and Order by to Created on and Ascending.
• Click (lower left), then input Someday/Maybe List in .
• Click .
