Create a saved filter called Unprocessed List:
- Go to the Tickets/List view (click , then ).
- Click (upper left) or anywhere in the blue colored bar.
- Click (lower left), then .
- Set Ticket Status to Is not and Fixed.
- In Tag, select all major contexts by ctrl+left-clicking all tags in parentheses.
- Click , then set Group by to Created on and Order by to Created on and Ascending.
- Click .
- Input Unprocessed List in .
- Click .
Note: This saved filter needs to be updated every time a new major context is added.
- Go to the Tickets/List view (click , then ).
- Set Filter to Unprocessed List.
- Click (upper left) or anywhere in the blue colored bar.
- In Tag, select all major contexts by ctrl+left-clicking all tags in parentheses.
- Click .
