Create a saved filter called Weekly Review:

  • Go to the Tickets/List view (click , then ).
  • Click (upper left) or anywhere in the blue colored bar.
  • Click (lower left), then .
  • Set Ticket Status to Is not and Fixed.
  • Click (lower left), then set Soft Date to Is not empty and leave blank.
  • Click , then set Group by to Soft Date and Order by to Soft Date and Ascending.
  • Click .
  • Input Weekly Review in .
  • Click .
