If You Are Using Add-On Software

If you are using add-on software for your Palm, try to create a custom task list as follows:

  • Filter out completed tasks so they don’t appear in the task lists.
  • Sort your tasks by Due Date.

Your tasks now appear in soft date order at the top of your task list, When you do your weekly review, skip the Do Today items (Priority 1) and Someday/Maybe items (lowest priority) that are interspersed.
