Smart Dates

In ToDoList, smart dates are entered using the following fields:

  • Someday/Maybe = S/M (Status)
  • Soft Date = Start Date
  • Hard Date = Due Date
  • Deadline = (MM/DD) or (DD/MM) entered after project or task name
  • Do Today = Due Date is “today”

In addition, the Status field must be set to Active when a task is processed, or these dates are ignored (the task remains unprocessed).
