Smart Dates

Date Shortcuts in RTM

RTM lets you enter dates descriptively: “today”, “tomorrow”, “next thursday”, “one month”, etc. Try it!

In Remember the Milk, smart dates are entered using the following fields:

  • Someday/Maybe = sm (tag)
  • Soft Date = Priority (1=this week, 2=next week, 3=this month)
  • Hard Date = Due Date
  • Deadline = (MM/DD) or (DD/MM) entered after project or task name
  • Do Today = Due Date is “today”
