Never for Scheduling!
Never use task reminders to schedule tasks at specific times. If it needs to be done at a specific time, put it in your calendar with your other appointments. That’s what your calendar is for.
In MS Planner, task alerts are optional reminders about tasks with hard dates. You do NOT need these for your daily review. Dismiss them all when you look at them.
Do not use task reminder times in your tasks. This adds complexity and encourages you to not check your lists.
Make sure you set up task reminders properly before using them.
