Check Sorting & Grouping

If you don’t see: 1) tasks grouped by Category, and 2) High Priority tasks only, sorted by Due Date, oldest at the top, then you probably clicked a column header by accident. (Outlook breaks the sort when you do that.) See sort and grouping instructions in Context Views setup.

In Outlook, select the Do Today view in the navigation pane on the left side of your Tasks list (Ctrl+4). Make sure you are in your main “Tasks” list and NOT in the “To-Do List”. The To-Do List doesn’t work well for TRO.

High priority (!) tasks appear in the Do Today list.

If you don’t see this view in the navigation pane, you need to set up your Do Today view.
