Very Large or Complex Projects

NOTE: Only 1% of the world’s projects fall into this category, so it probably only applies–at most–to one or two of your projects. Large projects will be explained on Day 20 of your 21-day follow-up.
Anything that requires two or more steps to complete is a “project.” If it can be done in only one step it is a “task.” TRO project support keeps track of current and future steps (next actions) without making you define all steps in advance.
TRO projects let you have more than next action at the same time for the same project. This is essential when you are waiting on someone else and need to move to the next step in the meantime.
