Turn Off Email Notifications

To turn off email alerts in Outlook 2010:

File Menu

  1. Select File from menu.
  2. Click Options.
  3. Select Mail.
  4. Scroll down to Message arrival.
  5. Uncheck all the boxes.  Ignore the Desktop Alert Settings… button.
  6. Click OK to save.
