Update Your Task Manager

Determine if you need to upgrade your copy of Outlook. TRO Online Training requires Outlook 2002 or later. Check your current version of Outlook by going to Outlook > Help > About Microsoft Office Outlook. (NOTE: You need Outlook. You cannot use Outlook Express.)

Also, make sure Microsoft Update (update.microsoft.com has installed the latest Office updates and patches.
