Trog Bar updates itself automatically if you have the Trog Bar Automatic Updater enabled (Windows > Start > All Programs > Trog Bar > Configure Trog Bar Automatic Update).

Get the latest version of Outlook free with a hosted Exchange Server subscription (inexpensive). See priacta.com/gismos.
Determine if you need to upgrade your copy of Outlook. Trog Bar and TRO Online Training requires Outlook 2003 or later. Check your current version of Outlook by going to Outlook > Help > About Microsoft Office Outlook. (NOTE: You need Outlook. You cannot use Outlook Express.)
Also, make sure Microsoft Update (update.microsoft.com has installed the latest Office updates and patches.
