Trog Bar updates itself automatically if you have the Trog Bar Automatic Updater enabled (Windows > Start > All Programs > Trog Bar > Configure Trog Bar Automatic Update).

Make sure you are running Outlook, not Outlook Express. You cannot use Outlook Express.
